  Bit of an odd area and there isn't much for beauty (industrial oil and gas one side, hotel / gravel parking lot the other, and the road to get there). But it's still great that there is a small dog park in the city (not really a park... kind of lack there of - dry pond with a fence, one gate, and one bench at one end and one at the other). I go here at least once a weekend, weather permitting. Just wish there was an equivalent park on the West side of the city... until then, I'll be here with my little dog to expend some engery and socialize.

  Great little dog park - it's very small in size but perfect for the small dogs. Easy access in the NE of Airdrie - very close to the QE2 highway. Can easily walk the loop around the park in 5-7 min. There are two benches to rest and there are garbages and bags for picking up after your dog. There's a map displayed of the other off leash dog parks in Airdrie. Owners and dogs are all very friendly. There's lots of parking and it's completely fenced so that your little dog doesn't run out of the park. The gate has a special broom like extension to ensure dogs don't escape under.
