  This location used to be very good when we first moved to Airdrie a couple years ago. It is terrible now, everytime I get it delivered something is wrong with my order. Like last time the Pop was wrong and I asked for extra sauce and the pizza was so dry and light on toppings it didn't retain its shape while the delivery guy was driving, 1/4th of it was crushed on the side of the box. I tried this location probably 3 times in the last few months and each time either the pop was wrong, I was missing a dip or getting an extra topping of something meant normal portions everywhere else. Tried giving it the benefit of the doubt, but the last time it was so bad we'll never be back.

  Every time I order pizza from this location I regret it. I love Panago pizza but this location does not live up to the standards of Panago pizza. The order I got today had almost no sauce on it and the cheese was burnt and crunchy instead of gooey and soft even though I paid extra to have enough cheese on my pizza because they always cheap out on the cheese. This will be the last time I order from Panago in Airdrie.
