I live in the area and usually avoid this Starbucks. Having worked for Starbucks previously, I am well versed in the drive-thru etiquette and customer service expectation. I find the staff here brash and always rush me through my order. I even asked the girl if they were short staffed? She said no, but that's how I was made to feel. They do not connect at the window nor engage, and you feel more like an inconvenience. I only use this Starbucks on the rare occasion if I am at home and cannot get to another one. Certainly not my 'third-place.'

Staff is always friendly. Wanda the manager is the best, this is most efficient starbucks in Airdrie and most effective.
